Laboratory Equipment

We use only the latest top of the line lab side equipment from Sirona and other leading dental equipment manufacturers including the InLab MCX5 5 axis milling machine, 6 MCXL milling machines, Form Labs 2 3D printer, Ivoclar sintering oven and much more. We also use the latest released inLab SW by Sirona.

Primemill

is a fine tuned 4-axis wet/dry milling and grinding unit with many production options for our dental laboratory. We benefit from its high speed and precision and can switch from grinding to milling in just a few steps. The large selection of materials and many uses give us particularly flexible and efficient production options.

inLab MCX5

is a universal production milling unit for processing zirconia, polymers, composites, wax and sintering metal, as well as glass and hybrid ceramics. Our laboratory essentially has a free choice of materials. It is quite universal with both wet and dry production for ceramics, polymers and metal. Due to its 5-axis machining it is extremely precise making it the best choice for larger jobs, and the ability to mill from discs is a great advantage as well.

inEos X5

is the most accurate laboratory scanner in world with the unparalleled accuracy of 2.1µm on large scale bridges and 1.3 µm on single units. It was developed according to the highest quality standards for optical measuring systems. It has quickly become established on the market as the reference scanner. With its ability to scan without the need to use scan spray and the capability to scan individual preps and impressions as well, it is also the most versatile scanner on the market.

Formlabs 3B

is the most advanced desktop 3D printer ever created. At the heart of the machine is a powerful optical engine: a 250mW precision laser is guided by custom-built galvanometers, delivering big prints with spectacular detail with up to 25 µm accuracy. This makes it the perfect 3D printer for not only models, but also surgical guides and everything else in the lab including temporary restorations.

Microscope

We use a microscope for just about everything in our lab. It is a tool that ensures top notch fits of crowns and bridges, helps us see more detail when designing the surface structure of any restoration and also helps protect our eyes from being unnecessarily fatigued from work.
